strength & fitness

mettle Strength & Fitness is a social club in a gym.

You work with our coaches to learn to train in a variety of ways, work hard and have lots of fun. You become fit, strong and confident in a gym environment.

The mettle Strength and Fitness programme includes general strength training with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, bodyweight training, flexibility work, core exercises, fitness, circuit training and conditioning. Sessions may also include some aspects of martial arts, self-defence and boxing too. In our Strength & Fitness sessions we work hard together, have fun and get fitter and stronger together.

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Youth Strength & Fitness 4-6pm

Wednesday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Thursday:

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Adult Girl Strong 6-7.30pm

Friday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Saturday:

Youth Weightlifting 8.30-11.30am

Youth Learn to Lift Course 11.30-1pm

Youth Strength & Fitness 1-2.30pm

Sunday:

Adult Strength & Fitness 11.30-1pm

Adult Weightlifting 1-3pm

Adult Learn to Lift Course 3-4.30pm
