mettle Olympic Weightlifting is the competitive sport of lifting weights.

This mettle programme is for you if you want to learn the two core competition lifts: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Our programme also includes a variety of training activities to ensure we provide a great experience if you want to get stronger and to progress in Olympic Weightlifting.

This traditional sport offer is for you if you want to become part of a team that trains and competes together.

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Youth Strength & Fitness 4-6pm

Wednesday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Thursday:

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Adult Girl Strong 6-7.30pm

Friday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Saturday:

Youth Weightlifting 8.30-11.30am

Youth Learn to Lift Course 11.30-1pm

Youth Strength & Fitness 1-2.30pm

Sunday:

Adult Strength & Fitness 11.30-1pm

Adult Weightlifting 1-3pm

Adult Learn to Lift Course 3-4.30pm
